This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Flambeaux Ventures LLC dba Hoozir ("Company"), governing your use of the Hoozir mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Hoozir allows users to check in to participating venues, see, and potentially match to chat with other users who have opted in.
By using Hoozir, you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or transmit through the App. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is:
Flambeaux Ventures LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this EULA or is harmful to other users. If any offensive behavior is brought to our attention, we have the right to investigate and decide if the offending party shall have access to the App removed.
The App is free to use and may display occasional advertisements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flambeaux Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
This EULA and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Flambeaux Ventures LLC regarding the use of the App. If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
